Some leaked pictures of this SUV have revealed that the XUV400 will be different from Mahindra’s XUV300 sub-4 meter SUV. It is estimated that Mahindra’s new XUV400 will have a length of 4.2 meters as the sub-4 meter rule for subsidy benefits does not apply to electric vehicles.

The look of the XUV400 may be different from the XUV300- Talking about the design of the New Mahindra XUV400, its original design has been completely redesigned, along with this a newly designed tailgate and attractive bumper design in this SUV will also enhance the beauty of the vehicle, the same taillamp design. XUV400 will be based on MESMA- Mahindra XUV400 is the first production model of the upcoming SUV based on Mahindra’s Electric Scalable Modular Architecture (MESMA). It is being said about the small battery with low capacity that this battery can cover a range of 300 to 350 km. According to the recently released report, this smaller battery will be in comparison to the Nexon EV, while the larger capacity battery will cover more range and it will be seen giving competition to the Nexon EV Max, Hyundai Kona EV and MG Zs EV.
